Pile foundation transfers load from a superstructure, through weak soil, water, to strong and stiffer soil at depth.

It Increases the depth of a foundation to resist horizontal loads,the choice of pile depends on the location and type of structure, the ground conditions, durability of the materials and cost.

Piles are commonly prefabricated off site and then driven into the ground, or bored in situ.

If the boring and pouring takes place simultaneously, the piles are called augured piles.

Auger piles is what we specialize in, it has the least environmental impact.

Under reamed piles are mechanically formed piles for larger bases it looks like an inverted cone and can only be formed in stable soils.

The larger diameter allows greater bearing capacity, under reamed pile are economical and suited for expansive soils which are often subjected to seasonal moisture variations, as also filled up ground and loose or soft strata.

We specialize in doing both methods ably assisted by skilled workers.

With Tiruchirapalli as its Epicenter, In 1989 a closely knit team, led by Founder JOTHI.G.THIYAGARAJAN who has been a pioneer of this field in our locality, an active part of the Builder’s Association, who has chaired the post of Treasurer, an Executive committee member, Secretary for the same, he started this Company which is obliged to serve people, having good reputation for our quality construction.
Carrying out projects successfully all around Tamilnadu with an army of 15 teams spread throughout, we have done variety of projects for the Government of Tamil nadu , for the railways and distinguished departments for the corporation which includes temples, Public structures like bridges and culverts. Appreciating our effort for reaching out the people and serving them, Builder’s Association recognized us with the prestigious Karigalan Award which sums up what we are and the standard of our works

Manual Method

“Nothing succeeds like success”

Successful in doing the manual way of pile foundations for more than 20 years, the application is tedious yet effective for smaller depths (up to 10m).

The tripod which drives the pile is promptly positioned, for piles having a range of 250mm to 450mm dia. The Auger is chosen accordingly when depthaccentuates, it is attached to a flange which has protruding metal pipes opposite to each other, now the flange becomes a part of the mechanism as it is rotated by workmen in repeating circular, motion simultaneously driving the auger whichexcavates the soil.

Then Under ream affixed to the tripod is driven downward and mud is taken outward, the mud which has the tendency to collapse is stabilized by pouring bendonite slurry through bucket. Once the soil is stabilized, the auger is driven again to the required depth of the foundation; Capillary action drives the mud upward.

Casing is the introduced to the pit and reinforcement cage made of steel is positioned in such a way and the funnel is fixed to the casing to pour concrete.

Concrete is poured from top of the funnel carefully. Once the concrete is full casing is slowly removed one by one, when bendonite slurry is completely recharged from the pit, the funnel is carefully removed while the pit is ensured completely full of concrete, Once the pile is laid, the Tripod is hauled to the next pit; likewise the same procedure is executed forevery pit with the help of our ably skilled workmen.
